I've lived at Liberty Quarters for nearly three years now and have loved every minute of it! Being right downtown is awesome; being on the lower floor and having my own fenced grass yard is a terrific added bonus! Enjoy great views? Get your workout in the gym on the 6th Floor with an amazing view of the heart of downtown! I couldn't have made a better investment. There are tons of warm and friendly people living in the building, all of us enjoying high-end luxurious suites! You may regret it if you don't take part in this revitalization of The Quarters and have a wonderful place within a very short distance to everything you could need! It's simply wonderful in all respects!

Edmonton Condo Rentals - Four Questions

For Your Next Condo Rental Agency

When you’re looking to rent a condo in a big city, it’s important that you take your time and choose wisely. The decision you make is going to have a huge impact on the quality of your experience, and whether you are on vacation or on business, the quality of your stay could in turn have a big impact on how productive you are or how much fun you’re able to have. Staying in a condo when you’re in a city for an extended period of time can be a wonderful experience, and can really allow you to settle in and relax for the duration of your stay. But if you’re going to maximize the enjoyment of your stay, you’re going to need to find the right rental to meet your needs. The following are a few questions you can ask a rental agency to make sure that the two of you are on the same page.

What Utilities And Services Come With The Condo?

The first thing that you’re going to want to know is what all comes with your initial rental of a condo. It’s important that you specify that you’d like to know what utilities and services come with any condo that they’re offering, and not just which services are available (but will cost more to add). For instance, you’ll want to know what type of TV are in the condos, if there’s a Blu-Ray player, and also more important things like gas, water, electric, maid service, high-speed Internet and anything else that you feel your living situation needs to be complete.

What Other Amenities Do You Offer?

Once you’ve gotten the basic services out of the way, you might want to ask what other amenities you might be able to receive by working with the agency. Sometimes a condo rental company will provide you with a wide variety of services, but at the very least they’ll be able to put you in touch with other companies that can take care of you. If additional amenities, such as a car service, are important to you, than make sure that this is something that you ask about. Many times the agency will be willing to work with you to meet a wide variety of needs, so even if it seems out of the ordinary, don’t be afraid to ask and see what happens.

Do You Have Suites In Multiple Locations?

Sometimes you love everything about a company except for the location of the condo complex that they’re trying to set you up in. If that happens to be the case than you might want to ask if they can offer you a condo in a different neighborhood. Most of the time there will be a wide variety of neighborhoods to choose from, and it’s important that you take your time and pick a location that is well suited to your purpose. If you are in the city on business and there is an office building that you’ll need to commute to on a regular basis, than this might be something that you want to privilege over other considerations. At the very least this could be an important question for you to ask.

What Are Your Maintenance Protocols?

Finally it’s important that you know where you stand when you show up at the rental agency and go to take temporary possession of the apartment, and that’s why it’s important to ask this next question. What are your responsibilities when it comes to maintaining the condo, or when it comes time to check out? How much of this is going to be taken care of someone on a weekly basis? There are several other rules and regulations that you might want to check into before you move in, just to make sure that you know what you’re getting yourself into and aren’t going to make any errors or do anything accidentally illicit.
